Hi my name is Tony And I want to talk to you about the word fitness. Many people see it as hard workouts, strict diets, and a lot of pain. I see it as a privilege, Waking everyday knowing I'm in better shape than I was yesterday. 

Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy. Yes it is hard work. Yes you need to have a healthy diet but at the end of the day would you rather have low energy, low self esteem versus quality of life and energy to take on the world. Jim Rohn once said "Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live".

 Fitness is not just a seasonal goal that comes and goes it should be a never ending habit that isn't even a question whether or not you should live right today because you know that it is for the sake of my body and and my mind. Fitness gives you the confidence to do things you thought you could never do like joining martial arts and keeping up with your kids or competing. 

It is proven that your mind is directly affected by your body and vice versa. When your body is in good shape your mind can perform in good shape. Fitness has the ability to transform your body from the inside out. The perks of fitness are great, you get to look great, feel great and perform great but that's all for your ego but the real perks are being able to live a healthy life both mind and body. Not having any aches and pains or headaches, feeling bloated and so on. 

And the best part about fitness is you can start at any time in your life. There is no perfect time or place. So if you haven't started don't wait any longer and if you already are keep going and improving because in the end it directly affects your mind and your body. 

Fitness is a way of life
